1. Pick-up/Delivery
For now, we offer pick-ups at THC Cookies Hideout along Sixth Avenue. Exact location shall be revealed in the confirmation email following your orders. We shall also expand our dealer locations soon for your convenience. Delivery is offered for a small fee between $5-15 per trip depending on the distance from the Hideout. within 2km radius - $5 >2km to 10km radius - $10 >10km radius - $15 Delivery is restricted to the main island and Sentosa of Singapore only.
2. Returns policy
As our cookies are perishable products, we cannot accept returns. However if you encounter any issue, please contact us at thcc.shop.canoppabake@gmail.com, we shall do our best to make it right.
3. Allergens
All our cookies contain wheat, eggs, tree nuts, seeds and are handmade using mixers and bowls that are in contact with peanuts, wheat, dairy, tree nuts, eggs, soy and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in some people.
4. Cookie crumbles
THC cookies are freshly baked and best consumed within a day or two. Though individually packed, the cookie usually turns a tad drier even in an airtight container after 3 days. So, if you do not plan to eat them soon, you can refrigerate them for a week or two or freeze them for 3 to 6 months. When ready to eat, it is best to warm them up in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 3-4 minutes to release the aromatics, soften the dough, melt the chocolates and crispen the crust again. Make sure they are at a suitable temperature before devouring!
5. Ordering your fixes
Baking shall be done from Wednesdays through Fridays, so delivery or pick-up are from Thursdays through Saturdays. Please place orders before Saturday midnight to receive them in the following week.
6. If size really matters
These Thick Hearty & Chewy cookies are 9-10cm in diameter, 2-3cm thick and 125-130g each. Huge, by any standards, for a good reason. The petites pépites are at around 70-75g each but still thick, hearty, chewy, soft, yummylicious and full of wholesome goodness from premium ingredients and superfoods.
7. Gift box
Currently all cookies are individually wrapped for hygiene and freshness. They are then boxed and bagged...gently. Each box contains either 4 large cookies or 6-8 petite ones.
8. Get My Fix rewards
This is the name of our loyalty programme which allows members to earn and accumulate points (which we call FIXES) to be redeemed for discounts during checkout. Every 6 months, 25% of the points will expire. So, use them!
